Undercover Funtime is a comedic musical ensemble based in Lafayette, LA. Their immense musical talent and love for comedy are evident in their discography, which features a wide range of musical genres and lyrics that will make you laugh-out-loud. With their first album, Stanky Panky, striking a chord with the comedy crowd in Lafayette, they were looking to host a cd release for their second album, The Deuce is Loose, and appointed me to design the artwork for the cd packaging.
With an album called, “The Deuce is Loose,” the client requested that the artwork feature a dog “doing its business” outside in the grass. So, I combined the free flow vibe and organic shapes of the 70's with the "free-flow" of a "loose deuce".
We had so much fun with this project and I am so thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with such talented people!
